View Pot Roast With Steve
Pot Roast with Steve refers to both the nationwide pot roast dinner tour embarked upon by Steve, Steve’s wife (who at the time of this writing, appears to be not only unnamed, but also un-cited as well as long-suffering, which will in time, prove not to be the case at all), and Keith, as well as the subsequent collection of pot roast travel guide stories that followed (unpublished at time of this entry).
The idea for Pot Roast with Steve, or The Pot Roast with Steve Dinner Series as it is sometimes referred to as, was born on Tuesday, May 16, 2006, when Keith flew from Oregon to the greater Boston area to share a pot roast dinner with Steve after reading that Steve had rubbed chipotle juice in his eyes in this Scrine entry.
I set a twelve-hour pot roast to slow cook this morning, but I should have put in my contact lenses first because now I’m not sure if my fingertips touched those chipotles or not.
It was during the course of the dinner that Keith and Steve struck upon the idea to begin a tour of undetermined length of the United States, where they would search out and eat pot roast, recording the events of their journey for later publication.
The tour had just begun at the time of this writing.
