View Aquariums
Aquariums are places infested with water-borne creatures that swim hither and yon primarily for the entertainment of people willing to pay a lot of money to see stuff float back and forth. A timeless question asked by the likes of Socrates and Kermit the Frog posits the following:
Why did Aqua Man never use his superpowers to save his moist brethren from the prison of their aquariums?
A fair question. The only answer ever recorded came from a dolphin named Jim at a Sea World near you. The following was translated from the funky sonar-like screeches belched forth by Jim:
‘Dude, do you know how many times we asked Aqua Man for help? A buttload, that’s how many. And don’t try and tell me that he didn’t hear us. It’s sonar! It travels through air and water! He ignored us. Y’know what? Fuck Aqua Man.’
While the ‘F’-word may or may not have been used by Jim, the translators felt safe erring on the side of profanity based on Jim’s mood and the fact that he gave them the flipper as he swam away.
