Sometimes I write it down, sometimes I leave it there, stewing sullenly in the corner.
Note to Keith: I was going to have this ‘inspired by’ my own tigglemup sentence, but the ‘inspired by’ list now runs out half way through the ‘s’ group.
I doubt there’s a thing you can do about it (other than getting our brave goliard to come through and purge our old sentences), but it’s a bit of a bugger.
There may very well be something I can do about that. I’ll take a look.
Took a look and I don’t see that problem here on my end. I was able to scroll clear to the end of the Z’s. The limit setting is set to “ALL”, so every sentence should be showing.
As far as having goliard do a bit of purging, I’m okay with it as long as she sticks to cleaning out my garage.
Well, that is very weird. Maybe the browser or server here just got a blown out. In that case, ignore me. I’ll try it at home later and see if it works.
I’d like to borrow goliard too. I’d set her loose in our spare room.
Okay, it all works. I was clearly the technical bug in the machine the whole time.
I’m tempted to delete all of these comments (to un-sully Scrine), but that’s probably only because I’d like to appear less of a galah than I actually am.
You know what I always say - Praise be to Galah.
(I had to look it up. Now I’m laughing, thinking of rosy pink underparts.)
I’m so glad you left it because having to look it up and reading “having rose-colored underparts” will make me smile all day as I try to figure out how to use “having XXXX-colored underparts” into conversation.
I’ve known about mad, cackling galahs long before I even knew how to say ‘bird’, but it had never, ever occurred to me to think of them in terms of ‘rosy pink underparts’.
Maybe that’s what tigglemup means?
Tigglemup: adj, having rosy pink underparts.
