The movie ‘Fargo’ involved a wife and a woodchipper, and the weather is freezing cold, but nothing is aimed over a bridge. That’s all I got.

I think the Jackie Chan movie Rumble in the Bronx had a woodchipper murder scene, but I don’t remember it well and I don’t think it involved freezing.
