Lucy and Becky handstanded their way down the meandering cloud-path, Becky turning Lucy into a miasma of different beasts, including the amazing Shimmering-She-Beast-of-Honey-Yoghurt.
By the way, I know miasma isn’t the right word to use here, but I like it so much that I kept it in anyway. Feel free to replace miasma with a more functioning word of your choice (myriad, many, slews...).
Sure it’s the right word, if the beasts are shimmery and intertwined and form and reform in fog-like recombinations.
and smell
Given your up-close-and-personal driving experience with that swamp, e, I hereby nominate you our miasma expert.
dead nutria, nothin’ like em....
After catching a whiff of that nutria, m’asthma acted up somethin’ fierce.
That sentence is so much better now that, thanks to ‘mouse, I remember that they were indeed shimmering, intertwining, forming & re-forming, reeking beasts of legend.
Silly of me to forget.
I’m going to have to borrow that last bit for a quick sentence before heading off to bed. Hope you don’t mind, but “reeking beasts of legend” is just too tempting to pass up.
Please do. It was asking for it.
oh, becky turning lucy into! as in becoming! i was thinking it was like guiding her onto a road, turning her into a miasma.
sorry, really must be me asthma. arrrrr.
See. It is such a better sentence with miasma left intact.
e and ‘mouse approved Scrining, right here before your very eyes.
i’m so confused…
Me too. Must be the effects of the miasma.
