Goodness me, how I wish I knew what that meant.
It’s from the movie, Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Dennis the peasant (ohhh, almost wrote pheasant… that’s another future sentence) is arguing systems of government with King Arthur.
I’m currently sitting at my desk repeatedly beating my forehead on my keyboard out of sheer “I can’t believe I didn’t get that” embarrassment.

I’m sure there is a very good reason this sentence caused me to blurt out a Monty Python quote a couple of years ago, but whatever the reason was, it’s certainly been washed clean from my memory now.
