I’ll never be an attorney.  That kind of talk just doesn’t make me feel sexy at all.  Not one little bit.

Oh, okay, maybe the word tortfeasor.  Sounds a little like something I might have been groping for in the back seat of some car back in the good ol’ days.

Well, the client I was talking to about this said, “what’s a tortfeasor” and I got to reply, “you are.” It made my day.  It was all I could do to resist saying “you, sir, are a great big, giant tortfeasor!”
