This goes out to anyone who has heard of finger buns.
I was boasting to Keith the other day about the delicious (Balfours) finger bun that I’d been eating. Then I thought it would be good to share the recipe that I’ve had, but not used, for many years. Alas, I can’t find it anywhere.
If you know where I can get my hands on a fairly genuine Australian recipe for finger buns, I’d appreciate hearing about it.

Sticky pink icing is just wrong.
Scrappy bits of paper - they’re so unimportant looking until you loose them.
